Where does TONYMOLY ship?

TONYMOLY currently ships across all of the UK. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Ireland.

Shipping options

Here are our shipping options. We’ll try to get them to you as fast as we can!

Standard (5-7 business days)

We also offer Free Standard shipping on all orders. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order.

When will my order ship?

*Please note if you have ordered multiple items, some items may be shipped separately with no additional shipping charges!

Processing takes 2 to 3 business days (and orders placed after 1pm UK time are processed the next business day). Then our courier takes it from there. You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Shipping to Ireland will take about 7 days.

I'm having problems with the tracking.

Sometimes the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via info@tonymolyonline.co.uk and we’ll get back to you.

Help! I can't find my package!

If you are unable to locate your package, please reach out to info@tonymolyonline.co.uk right away!

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email info@tonymolyonline.co.uk ASAP!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What’s your return policy?

We adore you guys and your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% sure with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of unused, sealed products that are in the original packaging within 30 days of the sale date and issue a full refund to your original form of payment. Please note, original shipping charges and any item marked as “final sale” on their description page are not refunded. All returns will receive a £5 restocking fee.  All return refunds and exchanges are processed within approximately 7-10 days upon arrival at our distribution centre.

Tonymolyonline.co.uk can only accept returns for items purchased through www.tonymolyonline.co.uk. If you purchased our products from a retail partner or a store, please contact that retailer or store directly.

How do I place a return or exchange?

Please reach out to info@tonymolyonline.co.uk with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return titled “Help Me Return!” and we'll take care of the rest.

How long does it take to process a return?

Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
